Job Description
Must-Have Skills
Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable software applications using dot NET Technologies, C#, Java based frameworks, db (SQL, NoSQL) Frontend technologies Angular, Flutter (Hands on)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security best practices are followed.
Contributing to architectural discussions, system design, and implementing new features and enhancements.
Providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team, performing code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval and management.
Identifying performance bottlenecks in the application and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.
Mentor and guide team members.
Agile Methodologies
Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure Agile principles and practices are followed to optimize team productivity and project success.
APIs and Microservices
Design and implement APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration and scalability of the applications.
Ensure APIs are well-documented and adhere to RESTful principles.
Azure and Cloud Technologies
Utilize Azure toolsets and cloud technologies to build, deploy, and manage applications.
Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.
