ContraVault AI builds AI for enterprises that supports every stage of winning and executing a bid, from reviewing RFPs and flagging risks early, to running takeoffs and estimates (via TheTakeoff AI), to comparing vendor quotes during procurement, helping teams move faster and make better decisions at each step.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of managing US-based enterprise customers.
In this role, you will own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewals, account growth, customer marketing and executive stakeholder management.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure customers realize measurable value from ContraVault AI while identifying opportunities for expansion.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable working with customers across US time zones.
Qualifications
5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
Prior experience with startups is mandatory.
Proven experience managing enterprise customers in the US market.
Strong experience owning customer renewals, retention, and account expansion.
Comfortable working with overlapping US business hours when required.
Experience in AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or workflow automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the US market.
Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), success planning, and value realization discussions.
Own customer renewals and drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Track customer health, usage metrics, and success KPIs using CRM and Customer Success platforms.
Drive customer marketing initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and reference programs to showcase customer success stories.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to procurement, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or enterprise workflow solutions is an added advantage.
