The Mortgage Loan Originator Trainee (MLO Trainee) is an entry-level lending position designed to develop future commission-based Mortgage Loan Officers through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Working closely with the Real Estate Manager and other lending staff, the MLO Trainee will assist with loan origination activities, customer relations management, and loan pipeline support while building the knowledge and skills necessary to independently originate residential mortgage loans.
