Role Description The D2C Growth Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for driving Beeuty’s direct-to-consumer growth across digital channels and touchpoints. This role oversees the end-to-end performance of the e-commerce funnel, including traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention, and customer lifetime value. Day-to-day work includes planning and executing growth experiments, managing paid and organic campaigns, optimizing website and landing pages, and coordinating email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives. The D2C Growth Lead partners closely with brand, content, product, and operations teams to align growth strategies with Beeuty’s mission and customer experience. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, generating insights, and presenting clear growth plans and results to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and data literacy to interpret performance metrics, build dashboards, and optimize growth experiments.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams, articulate growth strategies, and present findings to stakeholders.
Proven experience in growth hacking and D2C growth strategies, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and retention.
Background in sales or revenue-focused roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
Solid project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation tools.
Understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid social, search, email, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
Comfort working in a remote, collaborative setting and taking ownership of outcomes with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or mission-driven consumer brands is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
