Role Description The Revenue Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across a portfolio of independent hotel clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, forecasting demand, optimizing pricing and inventory, and implementing revenue strategies in alignment with client objectives. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and distribution channels to recommend tactical and strategic adjustments. The Revenue Manager collaborates closely with clients and internal teams, communicates insights and action plans, prepares regular performance reports, and supports digital and e-commerce initiatives that impact revenue. This position requires proactive communication with hotel partners, frequent review of KPIs, and continuous refinement of strategies to achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical revenue actions.
Candidates should possess expertise in revenue management and revenue recognition, including demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and yield strategies.
Candidates should possess solid finance and accounting skills to understand P&L impacts, budgeting, and financial reporting related to hotel performance.
Candidates should possess proficiency with hotel revenue systems and distribution tools (e.g., PMS, CRS, channel managers, OTAs, and BI dashboards).
Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management, ideally with independent properties or multi-property portfolios.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders in a consultative manner.
High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and comfort working independently in a remote, international environment.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in revenue management are an advantage.
