Clear View Property Care is expanding its sales team and is looking for driven, confident and self-motivated Sales Representatives to help us grow our client base across the residential, commercial and industrial property sectors.
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with no basic salary or retainer. Your earning potential is directly linked to the successful clients and sales you generate.
What you’ll do:
Identify and approach potential residential, commercial and industrial clients
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Introduce clients to CVPC’s property care services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and identify suitable services
Arrange site assessments where required
Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate lead and client information in our sales pipeline
Work towards agreed sales and business-development targets
Represent Clear View Property Care professionally at all times
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional approach
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable approaching and speaking to potential clients
Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset
Reliable and professional
Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not essential
Access to your own smartphone and reliable means of communication

How the commission works:
