Project Manager

Role Description
Marshall Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Project Manager to support client engagements and the continued growth of our consulting practice.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing client initiatives from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules and deliverables, tracking risks and issues, coordinating stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear reporting to client leadership.
Our Project Managers do more than maintain schedules. We expect them to bring structure to complex situations, identify problems early, communicate effectively with leadership, and help teams move work forward.
Depending on the engagement, projects may involve operational improvement, organizational change, business transformation, implementation, government programs, or other strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
Facilitate client meetings, working sessions, and status reviews
Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, project plans, and executive updates
Monitor project scope, schedule, and delivery performance
Identify potential problems early and drive issues toward resolution
Support organizational change and implementation activities
Coordinate with MSG consultants, client teams, and external partners
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and other client-development activities as needed
Help improve MSG's project delivery processes, tools, and standards
Qualifications
5+ years of project or program management experience preferred
Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Comfortable working directly with executives, clients, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop clear, client-ready reports, presentations, project plans, and executive updates
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience identifying project risks and driving issues toward resolution
Experience in consulting, government contracting, healthcare, construction/infrastructure, operations, or organizational transformation is valued
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are preferred but not required
Military leadership and project/program management experience is welcomed but not required
Location
This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
The Project Manager will work remotely with MSG leadership, project teams, and client stakeholders.
Travel is not routinely required. Travel or on-site support may be required when specifically required by a client engagement.
Compensation
Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, certifications, and other job-related factors.
Additional discretionary compensation may be offered based on company policy and business performance. Such compensation is not guaranteed and should not be considered part of base salary.
