Experience supporting lifestyle, culture, consumer, hospitality, travel, entertainment or emerging brand categories
Proven experience leading earned media initiatives, securing meaningful coverage and building strong media relationships across relevant industries and markets
Strong strategic communications, writing and editing skills, with experience developing clear and compelling media and client-facing materials
Experience supporting events, activations, productions, press trips, product launches and other live brand experiences
Proven experience serving as a primary day-to-day client contact, managing multiple accounts and delivering successful communications campaigns
Confidence leading client meetings and presenting strategies, campaign recommendations and performance results
Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience measuring campaign performance and translating results into clear insights, recommendations and next steps
Background in creator partnerships, social media strategy, community engagement or integrated communications
Experience mentoring junior team members, providing clear guidance and feedback and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
A proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-oriented approach, with strong judgment, accountability and follow-through
Tech-savvy, with comfort using tools like Muckrack, Google Workspace, Slack, and other PR software and project management platforms
Experience contributing to new business proposals, pitch development or other agency growth initiatives
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends or extended production days based on client and campaign needs
