Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (3–6 Months)

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for niche and specialized roles across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus.
Ability to work from the Hyderabad office throughout the internship period.
