Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources & Marketing Executive role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding support, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The individual will support employee relations by addressing routine queries, coordinating performance review processes, and contributing to initiatives that enhance a positive and inclusive work environment. On the marketing side, responsibilities include supporting branding and marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and social media activities, assisting with content development for firm communications, and helping organize client events and internal outreach programs. The Human Resources & Marketing Executive will work closely with partners and associates to align HR and marketing initiatives with the firm’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR administration, and coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities.
Skills in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of marketing principles, including basic digital marketing, social media management, and content development for professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and HR or marketing software platforms is an added advantage.
