The Sr. Manager of Information Technology is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the organization’s information technology.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS SET
Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud environments, database systems, and enterprise software.
Expertise in IT security, compliance, change management, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent leadership and team development skills with experience managing multi-site IT operations.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT management, including at least 3–5 years in a director-level or multi-site leadership role.
Experience in healthcare, multispecialty clinics, or outpatient medical environments strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise networks, cybersecurity programs, and complex IT implementations.
Proven track record of leading high-performing IT teams and supporting clinical operations.
