Position Summary
We are looking for a French speaking Chat Operator who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website and ensure correctness of our database. The position starts with a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. Join us!
What will be your responsibilities?
To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database
Supporting of our database cleaning and expansion projects
What do we require?
Living in Poland
A first experience in customer support is a plus
High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
Strong written and verbal skills in French (C2) and English (business proficiency)
Proficiency in Dutch, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Slovakian or German is a plus
Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
