Company Description QIZ Security is a cybersecurity company in the Cryptography focused on helping organizations manage emerging cryptography challenges and prepare for the transition to Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC). Founded by serial entrepreneurs, QIZ Security combines over six years of PQC field experience with a track record of working with more than 100 organizations on PQC readiness. The company offers a next-generation Crypto Agility platform designed to align cryptographic management and PQC readiness with real-world risks and compliance requirements. Backed by leading global venture capital firms, QIZ Security enables organizations to understand their cryptographic posture, prioritize remediation, and adopt post-quantum solutions with confidence. Team members join a fast-growing, mission-driven environment at the forefront of cryptographic innovation.
Role Overview
This is the first SE hire in North America. You will be the technical voice of QIZ in strategic sales conversations - working directly with security architects, cryptography teams, and CISOs across financial services, critical infrastructure, federal, and large enterprise accounts.
You will own the technical thread in every customer and partner engagement: running discovery, delivering demos and architecture discussions, designing and supporting POCs, and helping design partners shape how QIZ fits into their environments. You will also support channel partner enablement as we scale our partner ecosystem in the US.
This role reports to the Head of Sales, North America, and works closely with the product and engineering teams in Israel.
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales and Technical Discovery
Run technical discovery with prospects: understanding their cryptographic estate, PKI/CA architecture, compliance obligations, and PQC readiness posture
Deliver tailored demos and architecture discussions on QIZ's platform to audiences ranging from security architects to CISOs
Scope and run Proofs of Concept with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes
Lead RFI/RFP technical responses and complete security questionnaires
Translate complex cryptographic topics into clear business language when talking to non-technical stakeholders
Customer Engagement
Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their environments, validate QIZ's approach, and capture structured feedback for the product team
Serve as the technical point of contact for US accounts in Sales engagement phase.
Partner Enablement
Support channel partner onboarding and technical enablement for federal and commercial partners
Help partners understand QIZ's differentiation and position it accurately in their customer conversations
Feedback and Collaboration
Serve as the field voice back into product and engineering: surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from real customer conversations
Contribute to technical content - solution briefs, architecture guides, POC playbooks

Familiarity with enterprise security environments: how large organizations manage identity, certificates, and infrastructure at scale
Strong communication skills: can simplify complex topics without losing accuracy, comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
Experience supporting an enterprise sales cycle, including POC management and RFP responses
Based in the US; able to travel for customer and partner meetings
Strong Preference
Background in the certificate lifecycle management or PKI space
Exposure to post-quantum cryptography or crypto-agility programs, either in a consulting or enterprise environment
Experience selling into or supporting engagements with financial services, federal, or critical infrastructure customers
