SEO Content Coordinator (6 month Fixed-Term)

The role
We're looking for an SEO Content Coordinator to own web content production end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equal parts editor and producer, who is motivated by opportunity size and the chance to shape discovery for a category leader in an evolving search environment.
You will turn a ranked content roadmap into published pages across our audience verticals. We brief what gets made and why. You own how it gets made: assigning briefs to writers, contributor management, editorial review, landing page copy, internal linking, publishing and quality control.
You will be accountable for throughput and editorial quality against a ranked search demand roadmap, delivering articles and landing page optimisations across the contract. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and work day-to-day with our Growth Marketing lead for SEO and AEO.
What You’d Own
Content production: Own every piece from brief to published and internally linked, holding a cadence that builds over time.
Editorial standards: Inform and uphold the standard in practice across sourcing, structure, heading discipline, entity naming, and product claims; update it as needed.
Contributor management: Run the agency and freelance writers. Assign briefs, chase drafts, hold contributors to the standard, and keep status visible on every piece.
Landing page copy: Write money page copy from the signed archetype that attracts search engine traffic and converts.
Production mechanics: Images and alt text, meta titles and descriptions, slugs, tagging, publishing, and final quality control.
Editorial operations: Run the calendar, the tracker, and the refresh log so nothing stalls quietly and every roadmap row closes.
Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Web teams to align positioning, clear claims, and unlock the pages the roadmap depends on.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years running content production for a brand, agency, or publisher, ideally in a high-volume environment with external contributors.
A portfolio that proves your craft: pieces you commissioned, edited, or wrote.
The range to operate as editor and producer: you can make the call, manage the pipeline, write the page yourself as needed, and keep quality steady at volume.
Landing page and conversion copywriting, with the ability to write to search intent and brand standards.
Strong CMS and publishing competence, and the editorial hygiene to keep a high-volume pipeline accurate.
Some SEO literacy helps, but it isn't required. Keyword research, SEO strategy and technical SEO are covered. You'll be aware of the main numbers we watch, but the focus of the role is getting content live that captures search demand.
The confidence to make an editorial judgment and defend it.
A test-and-learn mindset. You won't be running the analysis, but you'll be in the conversation about what worked, and comfortable using AI to get there without outsourcing the judgment or originality.
