As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador in a Lucid Studio, your primary focus will be creating exceptional first impressions and delivering a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest who visits Lucid. As one of the first points of contact for our brand, you'll help spark curiosity, build meaningful connections, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility. The Opportunity
Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.
This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
