As a Professional Growth Consultant, you will engage with prospective clients who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development.
Your role will involve understanding their goals, providing clear information about available programs, answering questions and maintaining professional communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries and expressions of interest
Conduct structured introductory conversations
Build genuine professional rapport
Understand individual goals and development interests
Provide clear information about relevant programs
Answer questions and support informed decision-making
Maintain appropriate follow-up and communication
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Follow established systems and processes
Manage your own schedule, priorities and daily activities

Remuneration is performance-based. There is no fixed salary, hourly wage, guaranteed income or employee benefits associated with this opportunity.
