As a Program Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding program and project management and delivering exceptional results. What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead and manage a team of program managers and project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.
Develop and implement program management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
Manager and build relationship with the Client programs lead.
Drive clear, consistent communications and reporting to effectively monitor, communicate, and support program health.
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
Proven construction project management experience and experience leading construction project management teams.
Ability to travel as needed.
