About The Role
Help bring Charm to your campus.
If you’re the person friends ask when they want to make extra money, you’re always posting something worth watching, or you somehow know half the school, we want to meet you.
Charm is an affiliate marketing platform where Partners promote products with their own page and links, earn commissions on sales, and never have to manage inventory, shipping, or customer service. We’re building a small group of Founding Campus Ambassadors to introduce Charm on campus, create content, and grow with us as early Partners.
What you’ll do
Represent Charm on your campus
Create authentic TikTok and Instagram content about Charm
Introduce students through hangouts, club events, tabling, or study-session style meetups
Share your Charm referral / Partner link
Give straight feedback to our team on what lands with students
Who we’re looking for
Currently enrolled at a US college or university
Active on TikTok and/or Instagram
Plugged into campus life (clubs, Greek life, athletics, student orgs, or other leadership)
Comfortable talking to people in person and putting friends onto new things
Curious, reliable, and interested in real early-stage brand experience
Major doesn’t matter. How you show up on campus does.
Someone with their own marketing ideas and wants to contribute to a startup
What you’ll gain

Time commitment
About 3–5 hours per month, flexible around classes.
