Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Workforce Management Testers to support testing activities for a WorkForce Software implementation.
Candidates with direct WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite experience will be prioritized. However, we are also open to candidates with extensive testing experience in UKG/Kronos or other enterprise Time & Attendance / Workforce Management platforms who have strong knowledge of workforce management and payroll processes.
The role will support system testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, parallel testing, defect management, and validation of workforce management configurations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Perform testing across:
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Regression Testing
Parallel Testing
End-to-End Testing
Post-deployment validation
Validate workforce management configurations involving:
Timekeeping
Time and Attendance
Scheduling
Attendance policies
Pay Rules
Leave and Accruals
Payroll interfaces
Perform positive, negative, boundary, and end-to-end test scenarios.
Validate employee time capture through downstream payroll processing.
Test integrations between Workforce Management systems and:
Payroll platforms
HRIS/HCM systems
Time clocks and badge readers
Third-party applications
Data and reporting platforms
Validate data mappings, interfaces, transformation rules, and system outputs.
Document testing results, screenshots, evidence, and validation logs.
Identify and document system defects.
Participate in defect triage discussions with functional and technical teams.
Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing where required.
Support business users during UAT execution.
Maintain accurate test documentation and testing status updates.
Support go-live validation and post-production stabilization activities.
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, or enterprise application testing.
Hands-on experience creating and executing:
Test cases
Test scripts
Test scenarios
Test evidence
Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
Experience testing system integrations and validating data flows.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
