High Volume Onboarding Specialist

Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources or Business Administration)
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills

Experience in high volume onboarding
Familiarity with data migration processes
Experience in managing training schedules
Nice to have:
Experience in a remote work environment
Knowledge of tax preparation software
Skills in using web-based communication tools
Responsibilities:
Guiding customers through initial setup and software installation.
Assisting with account creation and EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) documentation uploads.
Supporting data migration from previous software providers.
Providing a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention.
Serving as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase.
Communicating via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation.
Coordinating pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment.
Managing training schedules for new hires.
Ensuring compliance with company policies.
Fostering a welcoming internal environment and smooth start for new employees.
