The opportunity
We offer a commission-only compensation structure with two ways to earn:
Deals you originate: Our highest commission percentage on business you bring in.
Leads we provide: Flat compensation on funded loans from company-provided leads.
This role has no base salary. It’s an opportunity for someone who wants their earnings tied directly to the business they close.
What you’ll do
Find and develop new borrower and referral relationships.
Follow up with company-provided leads.
Understand borrowers’ financing needs and guide them through the loan process.
Coordinate with the team to keep applications moving toward closing.
Communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow through.
Bring creative ideas for generating business while following applicable lending and advertising requirements.
Who we’re looking for
Newly licensed or registered Loan Officers are encouraged to apply, subject to the requirements for the role and market.
Self-starters who are hungry to build a business.
Strong communicators who are comfortable picking up the phone and making connections.
People who are coachable, persistent, and accountable.
Creative thinkers who take initiative and treat borrowers with care.
You don’t need a long track record. You do need drive, follow-through, and a willingness to put in the work.
