We're Raspion AI, we build voice AI that answers every call, follows up every missed appointment, and books real patients for dental and aesthetic clinics. No chatbots. Actual conversations. Actual bookings.
We're growing fast in UAE and USA and need hungry, self-driven sales reps who want to earn based on what they close, not what they're promised.
What you'll do:
Cold call dental and aesthetic clinic owners in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or the US. Get them to a 10-minute demo. We close with you.
That's it. Simple product. Real pain. Strong commissions.
What you earn:
10% of every client you bring in that converts.
Setup fees range from $2,000–$5,000 per clinic.
That's $200–$500 per client you close.
Close 5 clients a month — that's $1,000–$2,500 extra in your pocket. Every month.

No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you make
Who we're looking for:
For the UAE role — someone based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, comfortable calling clinic owners and managers, confident in English and ideally Arabic. Experience in healthcare or aesthetics sales is a bonus but not required. Hunger is required.
For the USA role — someone based anywhere in the US, comfortable with cold calls to dental practices, professional English, available during EST or CST business hours. Healthcare or SaaS sales background is a plus.
