Our client is seeking for a Sexual Abuse/Personal Injury Attorney opportunity with an established California plaintiff-side litigation practice handling complex, high-value matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, sophisticated litigation exposure, and the flexibility of working 100% remotely from California.
About the Opportunity
The practice focuses on high-stakes plaintiff litigation involving serious injuries, significant losses, and complex liability issues. The attorney will have the opportunity to work on matters including:
Sexual Abuse / Sexual Assault
Catastrophic Personal Injury
Wrongful Death
Traumatic Brain Injury
Product Liability
Premises Liability
Serious Auto & Bicycle Accidents
Other complex plaintiff-side litigation
The practice has a strong record of handling significant cases, with publicly reported $450M+ recovered for clients and 50+ seven- and eight-figure results, including a reported $28.5M sexual-abuse verdict.
Responsibility
Manage and assist with complex plaintiff-side litigation matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and other litigation documents
Participate in discovery, depositions, negotiations and case strategy
Work closely with attorneys and litigation support professionals
Qualifications
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Attorney with plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
Experience handling complex litigation is highly valued
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Attorneys with experience in sexual abuse, catastrophic injury, wrongful death or other significant plaintiff matters are encouraged to apply
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between [$170,000 – $250,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
