Product Manager

SportsTechX is hiring a Product Manager (SaaS) to independently own and run product end to end.
You’ll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, prioritising what gets built, working closely with design and engineering, shipping features, and tracking whether users are actually getting value from the product.
A major focus of this role is sustainable product growth, particularly activation, engagement and retention.
What you’ll do
• Own product planning, prioritisation and execution
• Work closely with design and engineering to take features from idea to launch
• Define and track key product metrics across activation, engagement and retention
• Identify user drop-off points and run focused experiments to improve usage
• Turn user feedback and product data into clear product priorities
• Apply product and design thinking to our research and report-based products
• Work autonomously and take full ownership of execution in a lean team
What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience independently managing or running a SaaS product
• Strong understanding of product metrics, particularly activation and retention
• Good understanding of UX and product design
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Canva
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
What'll make you stand out
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or automation tools
• Basic SQL or similar data-querying experience
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar tools
• Basic understanding of APIs and software architecture
• Interest in sports, sports technology or related industries

• Compensation: ₹6–10 LPA, based on experience
