* Genera

e and convert leads for home cinema and premium AV projects.* Meet cl
ients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions.* Prepare
quotations, presentations, and product demonstrations.* Develop
relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.* Identif
y new business opportunities and partnerships.* Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Coordin
ate with the design, technical, and installation teams throughout the project.* Travel
to client sites regularly once a project starts and monitor project progress through to handover.* Act as
the primary point of contact for the client after the project begins, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.* Manage
the client relationship and overall process until successful project completion and handover.* Maintai
n strong after-sales relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
What We’

* 2+ yea
r
s of sales experience.* Experie
nce in audio-visual, home automation, interiors, real estate, luxury products, or related industries is preferred.* Excelle
nt communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Strong
client relationship and follow-up skills.* Target-
oriented and self-motivated.* Willing
ness to travel to client locations.* Basic u
nderstanding of home theatre/audio-visual products is an advantage.* Ability
to coordinate multiple teams and projects effectively.
