We provide student counselling, university/college guidance, application support, IELTS/PTE preparation, and related international education services.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding international education opportunities, handling enquiries and follow-ups, communicating with universities and institutions, and supporting our digital marketing and content-creation activities.
Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad and international education opportunities.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
Handle incoming leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead records.
Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, and international education partners through emails and other communication channels.
Support IELTS/PTE and other language-training enquiries.
Participate in student seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Assist with reels, short videos, educational posts, carousels, stories, and promotional content.
Edit basic videos and graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Help develop creative ideas and content related to international education, student guidance, IELTS/PTE, visa information, and career opportunities.
Support Meta/Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns when required.
Maintain professional communication with students, parents, institutions, and internal team members.
Achieve counselling, follow-up, and student-conversion targets.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counselling and convincing abilities.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in study abroad / international education.
Good computer and internet skills.
Ability to write professional emails.
Willingness to learn about international universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes.
Canva and basic video-editing skills are preferred.
Candidates who are eager to learn content creation and video editing are also encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in education counselling, study abroad, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package
Between 16380 and 22000 monthly salary + commission
Performance-based incentives may be provided based on company policy.
