Great Jobs. Great People.
Are you a junior- to intermediate-level Content Creator and Social Manager looking for a fabulous, remote, full-time role, working in a high-octane industry where you will combine a love of
sports, events, creating the content and managing it. You are passionate about Hyrox and the fitness industry.
Our client is working with a new initiative in the global, mass-participation fundraising movement. They exist at the intersection of fitness and purpose, turning events into real-world change for causes across Global Health, Mental Health, Animal Welfare, Women’s Empowerment, and Climate Solutions sectors.
This company leverages the influence of elite athletes who want to do maximum good by fundraising money for the most effective charities in the world. This is the fastest-growing programme, turning the booming fitness race scene into a positive force. They are backed by effective giving principles driven by evidence, cost-effectiveness, and real outcomes.
About the Role
You will own the day-to-day social presence spanning multiple channels. This is a content-first role for someone who is just as comfortable making edits as they are writing a caption and planning out a social calendar.
You will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate across a high-performing remote team that spans multiple time zones. You have strong content instincts, sharp social intuition, insight into the latest trends, and the go-getter energy needed to help grow a large and engaged audience. You are someone who also cares deeply about being part of a purpose-led mission built to create impact at scale.
Your role
Editing short-form video — Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Content concepting — bringing fresh ideas to the marketing team and an understanding of what will work in the fitness community
Writing captions, hooks, and copy that performs
Trend monitoring and rapid response — translating what is working on the platform into RFI-relevant content concepts
Day-to-day publishing and scheduling of social posts
Community engagement — comments, DMs, replies. Building real connections with athletes, ambassadors, and fundraisers
Coordinating with regional social accounts
Influencer and ambassador pipeline — helping identify the right people and support managing creator relationships
Platform strategy input — contributing to how we show up on each channel, not just what we post
Basic performance reporting — knowing what the numbers mean and what to do about them
You will work closely with the growth and engagement lead and director of communications on developing day-to-day content and bigger campaigns.
You will thrive here if you
Are confident editing short-form video for social-first formats
Love social media - you know what kind of content works and why
Have a strong interest in the fitness industry (experience is a big plus)
Have a strong understanding of how brands use social media to grow
Have a strong understanding of narrative and cut-through storytelling
Have a genuine interest in AI tools and how they can improve your output and workflow
Are comfortable working in systems and software tools
Bring energy to community engagement
Are proactive by default — you do not wait to be told what needs doing
Want to join a thriving startup and grow into a core team member
Have a genuine desire to create purpose-led work that is measurably changing the world
Bonus points
If you have experience collaborating directly with athletes or ambassadors
This is a fully remote role within a small, ambitious team that punches well above its weight. They are highly collaborative but trust people to own their work, and they care deeply about what they are building together. You will need to be available for team meetings that accommodate ANZ and UK time zones.
If you are keen to be part of a team where social-first thinking and management matter, we would love to hear from you.
