Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect/Engineer with strong expertise in n8n and Microsoft Azure to design, build, and support AI-powered workflow automation solutions. This role will focus on developing and maintaining n8n workflows that orchestrate data movement between enterprise systems, APIs, and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Azure OpenAI.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable building end-to-end AI automation solutions that ingest data, process it through AI models, generate actionable outputs, and trigger notifications or downstream business processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain n8n workflows and automation pipelines.
Integrate n8n with Azure services, Microsoft APIs, Azure OpenAI, and third-party platforms.
Build AI-driven workflows that:
Ingest data from multiple sources
Pass data through LLMs and AI services
Process and structure AI-generated outputs
Trigger alerts, notifications, and follow-on actions
Configure and support n8n environments running within Azure Virtual Machines.
Develop API integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues across cloud and SaaS platforms.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and well documented.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize AI workflows.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with the n8n workflow automation platform.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
Experience integrating with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLM platforms.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations.
Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure Virtual Machines.
Ability to troubleshoot complex workflow, connectivity, and integration issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Experience building AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or intelligent automation solutions.
Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Platform, or related Azure automation services.
Consulting or professional services experience is a plus.
