FLUTTER DEVELOPER + TUTOR
Part Time | Remote | Up to ₹21,000/month
We're looking for a Flutter Developer who has actually built and worked on real projects, not someone who only knows the theory.
You'll be working with our students through live, practical classes, helping them develop the technical and real-world skills required to become successful freelance developers.
At STONECIRCLE, we don't want students to simply learn how to code for a job.
We want them to learn how to understand client requirements, build solutions, communicate with clients, handle projects and actually deliver.
Your real-world development and client experience will be a major advantage in this role.
YOU MUST KNOW
Frontend: Flutter
Backend: Node.js
You should be comfortable building and explaining full-stack applications using this stack.
IMPORTANT:
If your primary frontend experience is React, Angular, Vue or another framework and you do not have strong Flutter experience, please do not apply.
THE WAY YOU TEACH MATTERS
We are not looking for a traditional classroom-style tutor.
Our students need practical, real-world training.
Your classes should help students understand how to:
• Understand and break down client requirements
• Plan and execute real projects
• Build full-stack applications
• Debug and solve real development problems
• Handle changes and revisions
• Work with deadlines
• Communicate technical decisions clearly
• Take a project from requirement to delivery
The goal is simple:
Students should leave your class knowing how to handle a real client project — not just pass a technical interview.
AI EXPERIENCE IS A MAJOR ADVANTAGE
Modern developers have AI as a powerful productivity layer.
If you actively use AI tools to research, code, debug, automate repetitive work, understand unfamiliar code and accelerate development, that is a strong advantage.
We want students to learn how to use AI as leverage, while still understanding the fundamentals and taking ownership of the work.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday
1 hour live class per day
Classes will be scheduled after 10 PM and completed by 2 AM.
Total commitment: approximately 1 to 2 hours per day

Up to ₹21,000/month
