We specialize in defending insurers, businesses, school districts, municipalities, and public entities in state and federal courts throughout New York. Our practice spans insurance defense, insurance coverage, New York Labor Law, construction, toxic torts, employment, and commercial litigation, making us one of the most comprehensive defense platforms in the state.

Job Details
Manage a diverse New York docket of insurance defense and general civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, auto liability, construction claims, and NY Labor Law, with ownership from early case assessment through trial.
Evaluate cases and build defense strategy from inception
Draft pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive motions
Independently take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
Lead negotiations and mediations
Prepare cases for trial and try cases
Looking for:
New York Bar admission in good standing
Recent civil litigation experience with insurance defense focus
Associate through senior associate
Working knowledge of New York civil practice and New York Labor Law
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
New York Labor Law (Sections 200, 240, 241)
Personal injury defense
General liability, Premises liability
Automobile liability
Construction-related claims
