Freelance International Recruitment & Business Development Coordinator – Greece
SunnySide Workforce Solutions is a UK-based recruitment company working across healthcare, construction, engineering, manufacturing and logistics.
We’re looking for a Greece-based recruitment professional to build relationships with local employers and support international recruitment projects. These include healthcare opportunities in Ireland and Saudi Arabia.
What you’ll do
Identify Greek employers with staffing needs and develop new client relationships
Build relationships with recruitment partners
Source nurses and care workers for opportunities in Ireland, and EU-qualified nurses and doctors for roles in the Middle East
Work with our international team to coordinate interviews, candidate documentation and recruitment progress
Keep clear records and provide regular updates
We’ll agree your priorities based on your experience, contacts and the projects available. This is a flexible freelance role that can fit alongside other professional commitments.
What we’re looking for
Experience in recruitment, HR or business development
Confidence approaching employers and building commercial relationships
Strong organisation and communication skills
Good written and spoken English and Greek
Experience in international or healthcare recruitment, existing Greek employer contacts, or a network of healthcare professionals would be especially valuable. You do not need experience in every sector listed.
Remuneration
The first three months are commission-only, with payments for qualifying new-client introductions and successful placements, including commission on qualifying repeat business.
Following a successful three-month review, we may offer a monthly retainer alongside commission, subject to performance and business needs.
