We're a Real Estate Wholesaling/Flipping Company closing 4–8 deals a month in Austin, TX and the surrounding markets. Our team is young, competitive, and obsessed with getting better in all areas of life. We're looking for an Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to be coached, compete at a high level, and turn conversations into signed contracts. We provide the leads, the systems, and the coaching. You bring the drive.
What You’ll Do
Speak with motivated homeowners
Build trust and uncover their needs
Handle objections and negotiate offers
Follow up with consistency
Manage opportunities in our CRM
Turn qualified conversations into signed contracts
Stay accountable to activity and performance goals
What We Offer
$2,500/month base salary after qualifying period + plus commission with increases over time

Previous sales experience is required. Experience in phone sales, inside sales, automotive, insurance, lending, solar, roofing, or another performance-driven sales environment is a strong fit.
Wholesale real estate experience is a bonus, but not required.
