Role Description The Real Estate Broker at Tavola Realty will manage the full real estate transaction cycle, including prospecting, property showings, market analysis, and contract negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on pricing and market trends, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing activities. The broker will leverage local market knowledge to support residential, luxury, and investment clients, while using digital tools and marketing resources to promote properties effectively. This is a full-time, remote role based in Chicago, IL, requiring regular virtual meetings, property visits, and collaboration with internal team members and external partners such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Real Estate, including local Chicago market knowledge.
Demonstrated experience in Sales, with a track record of closing transactions and meeting performance goals.
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Active Illinois Real Estate Broker license (or willingness to obtain one); familiarity with state and local regulations and contracts a plus.
Ability to conduct comparative market analyses, negotiate effectively, and manage contracts from offer to closing.
Comfort with real estate technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client and market needs.
Prior experience in residential, luxury, or investment real estate is highly beneficial.
