Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Dalm’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role involves developing data-informed social media strategies that align with marketing and brand objectives, creating and overseeing content calendars, and coordinating with design and content teams to deliver compelling campaigns. The Social Media Strategist will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and refine social media tactics to increase engagement, reach, and conversion. Daily activities include community management, responding to audience interactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency in all social communications. The role also involves staying current with platform trends, social media best practices, and competitive activity to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to represent the brand clearly, consistently, and professionally.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning, organizing, and optimizing content tailored to target audiences.
Candidates should possess analytical abilities to interpret social media metrics, use data to guide decisions, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Candidates should possess familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.
Candidates should possess relevant experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or data-driven marketing environments; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
