Content Creator & Social Media Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join Vaami AI and take ownership of our content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
This role is for someone who can turn ideas into engaging posts, articles, reels and short-form videos — and is excited about experimenting with content to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram
Develop short-form reels/videos with strong hooks and engaging storytelling
Write LinkedIn posts, articles, thought-leadership content and product-focused content
Research industry trends, topics and content formats that can drive engagement
Come up with new and creative content ideas proactively
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
Repurpose existing content into posts, carousels, reels and other formats
Monitor content performance and experiment with different formats, topics and approaches
Work closely with the team to understand our products, audience and brand
Stay updated with social media trends, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
What We’re Looking For:
Strong writing and communication skills
Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content
Ability to create or coordinate reels/short-form videos
Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling
Comfortable researching topics and turning them into engaging content
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation tools is a plus
Prior experience creating content for a startup, personal brand or business is a plus
