UR LOCAL SOLAR is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Calling Representative to join our remote team supporting the Australian solar market.
Key Responsibilities
Contact inbound warm leads for our Australian solar business
Speak with prospective customers and understand their requirements
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with leads when required
Accurately update customer information in the CRM
Maintain daily calling and appointment records
Submit daily performance reports
Work toward agreed appointment and performance targets
Requirements
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or customer service
Previous experience working with the Australian market is highly preferred
Experience using CRM systems
Strong spoken English and professional communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Good sales and objection-handling skills
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance while working remotely
Work-From-Home Requirements
Candidates must have:
A reliable computer or laptop
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Good-quality headphones/headset with microphone
A quiet and suitable environment for making calls
Compensation
BDT 25,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
