PT. Skala Maxima Griya is supporting early-stage company Avermont Digital Markets, Inc. in the recruitment of an experienced Chief Financial Officer. The position is with Avermont Digital Markets, Inc., while PT. Skala Maxima Griya is assisting with initial candidate outreach, screening, and recruitment coordination.
Avermont Digital Markets, Inc. is building its core leadership and business infrastructure while exploring opportunities across fintech, digital assets, and related technology infrastructure.
The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building the company’s financial infrastructure, capital planning, budgeting, internal controls, and risk-management framework.
Key Responsibilities
Develop financial strategy and long-term planning
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost management
Establish financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management
Support capital planning and financing analysis
Provide financial and risk support for digital asset initiatives
Build and lead the finance organization
Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth
Qualifications
15+ years of finance, accounting, or corporate finance experience
CFO, VP of Finance, or comparable senior leadership experience
Strong experience in financial infrastructure, budgeting, and capital planning
Excellent strategic, analytical, risk-management, and decision-making skills
Fintech, digital assets, financial services, or technology experience preferred
