Job Description - Cyber Security Lead (Quality and Compliance)
· Graduate with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a quality assurance, compliance, or operational excellence role.
· Experience in cyber operations, good in SOC, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Red/Blue Teaming is a strong plus.
· Advanced knowledge of Endpoint security, WAF, PKI, Microsoft Security Tools, Email Security platforms, Firewalls, Web Proxy, NAC, and IPS.
· You are also experienced in risk assessment and bring a good knowledge of tools, technologies, and methods.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Leadership and teamwork skills to drive collaboration across departments.
· Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
· The Cyber Operations Quality Manager ensures the highest standards of quality, compliance, and effectiveness in cyber operations.
· This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks, processes, and metrics to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and security of cyber operations.
· will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cyber activities with organizational goals and industry standards
· Design and optimize cyber operation workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and security. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and guidelines.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for cyber operations and monitor adherence.
· Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents or quality failures and implement corrective actions. Occasionally, consolidate information in reports.
· Provide training and guidance to cyber operations staff on quality best practices, tools, and methodologies.
· Drive innovation in cyber operations by identifying and implementing best-in-class tools and methodologies.
· Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting quality metrics, trends, and recommendations.
