Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning models.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and corporate FP&A initiatives.
Manage complex models with six or more key business drivers and clearly communicate assumptions and outputs.
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
Contribute to the ongoing build-out and transformation of the finance organization.
Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Workday Adaptive Planning experience is required for success as a Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst.
Demonstrated experience building and managing models with six or more variables or business drivers.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain model interactions and financial impacts to stakeholders.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving, and transformational environments.
