Job Description
A Change Consultant works with our customers, our own applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and assistance so that the people are fully engaged and the benefits delivered. He/she manages changes to business processes, systems, and technologies and workd with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and rapid adoption of new technology and/or processes. He/she has a strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness to adapt his/her approach to the situation, to be able to manage resistance and deliver upon the change required.

He/she assesses, analyses, develops, documents and implements change in support of the client.​ He/she can provide direction and is able to influence internal stakeholders/the team at a senior level. He/she is largely self-directed and aware when to seek additional guidance but also seen as a leader and motivates team members.​ He/she demonstrates a transformational and business-relationship mindset and the ability to contribute to developing strategy​. He/she has good commercial insight, understands implications of commercial models and mitigates commercial risk by suggesting solutions. He/she also presents proposals to clients, to engender trust and win business.
