What You'll Do
Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT, and hospital workflows
Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess the accuracy and quality of AI outputs
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI responses involving EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure
Translate your understanding of clinical and operational requirements to help AI reason more effectively about healthcare environments
Provide structured, detailed feedback using clear guidelines and rating frameworks
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and system-level thinking
Ability to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions
Clear written communication skills — you can explain complex systems simply
Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently
No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
Background working with clinicians, IT teams, or hospital operations
