This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and creative prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall flow
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
Review and suggest refinements to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure authentic-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or related performance-based audio work
Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong command of pronunciation and intonation
Owner of a professional-grade large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Naturally detail-oriented with a trained ear for tone, clarity, and nuance
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple German regional accents or dialects
Background in broadcast, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Prior exposure to AI voice evaluation or speech technology projects
