Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for a range of projects aligned with the firm’s inclusive and sustainable design values. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams; preparing design documentation; and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. The role involves site visits, stakeholder meetings, and collaboration with costing and sustainability consultants to balance design quality, environmental performance, and budget. The Architect will also support project planning, track design progress, and contribute to design reviews and presentations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and construction details.
Familiarity with Integration of building systems and collaborative work with Structural and MEP engineers.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and community stakeholders.
