Our biggest growth channel is creators, and we're building out a team to bring the best streamers onto our affiliate program.
The Role
We're looking for a hungry, self-driven Influencer Recruitment Intern to find, pitch, and sign streamers, primarily on Kick, to become Streaks affiliates. Your job is simple: fill the pipeline and book meetings. You'll identify streamers who fit our audience, reach out through DMs, email, and Discord, and set up calls with our founders and partnerships leads, who handle the close. Every streamer you bring in who signs and goes live earns you commission on top of your base pay.
This role is a good fit if you already spend time on Kick or Twitch, understand streamer culture, and like the idea of getting paid for results. There is also the opportunity to begin to close deals as well once you learn the industry.
What You'll Do
Research and build lists of Kick streamers who match our target audience, size, and content style
Run daily outreach through DMs, email, and Discord to start conversations with streamers and their managers
Book qualified calls for our closers and hand off clean notes on each prospect
Track your pipeline, follow-ups, and results in our CRM
Share feedback on what messaging works so we can sharpen our pitch
What We're Looking For
Strong familiarity with Kick and streaming culture (Twitch, YouTube, and Rumble are a plus)
Confident, casual, persistent communicator who isn't afraid of rejection or follow-ups
Organized and self-managed, comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Interest in gaming, sports, or creator marketing
Sales, recruiting, or influencer outreach experience is a bonus but not required
Compensation
Base pay: $1,000 per month
Commission: $50 per signed deal
