Certified Athletic Trainer

Xcelerate Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Athletic Trainer. You will work directly with athletes in their medical journey while providing quality on-field and off-field care.
Perform comprehensive injury assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniques
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for injured athletes
Provide immediate emergency medical care and injury management in accordance with established protocols
Collaborate with team physicians, coaching staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal athlete health and safety
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation for all athlete evaluations and treatments
Design and implement injury prevention programs and conditioning protocols to enhance athlete performance and reduce injury risk
Educate athletes on proper injury prevention techniques, recovery strategies, and return-to-play guidelines
Manage athletic training equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards
Monitor athlete health status and provide ongoing support during practices, competitions, and team events
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies
Communicate effectively with athletes, coaching staff, and medical personnel regarding injury status and treatment progress
NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Pennsylvania or license eligible
Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team
