About the Role
ITCyber Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring Business Development Executives for our on-ground sales team.
This is a field sales and target-based role. The company will provide potential business leads through our CRM. The selected candidate will contact and visit these businesses, understand their requirements, present our IT services and solutions, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Work on leads provided through the company's CRM.
Call prospects and schedule client meetings.
Visit businesses and clients personally in the assigned city.
Understand the client's business, problems and requirements.
Explain ITCyber Technologies' services and solutions.
Identify opportunities for websites, software, automation, AI solutions and other IT services.
Collect complete client requirements and share them with the internal technical team.
Prepare/facilitate quotations and proposals with the sales team.
Regularly follow up with prospects.
Negotiate and help close deals.
Maintain complete lead and meeting updates in the CRM.
Submit daily visit and sales activity reports.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Generate referrals and new business opportunities.
Monthly Target
Minimum target: 8 successful client/project closures per month.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a performance-driven and target-oriented sales environment.
Who Can Apply?

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable meeting business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
Confident in client presentations and negotiations.
Basic understanding of websites, software, digital services or technology is preferred.
Ability to understand client requirements.
Must be comfortable with regular local travel.
Smartphone and basic digital/CRM knowledge required.
Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Digital Marketing Sales or Software Sales will be preferred.
