✔️ 3+ years of IT Staffing / Recruitment experience
✔️ Strong sourcing & screening skills
✔️ Experience handling IT requirements end-to-end
✔️ Hands-on exposure to job portals & LinkedIn Recruiter
✔️ Strong communication & candidate engagement skills
✔️ Ability to work on challenging requirements and tight timelines
