Our product is a panel of allied health and medical specialists that provide assessment services to assist various stages of the personal injury lifecycle. Each of our companies is recognised for providing excellence in quality products and strong customer service. Our customer base includes insurers, lawyers, government agencies, and employers.
One of our brands, 3DMind Solutions (3DMS), is looking for Rehabilitation Consultant.
3DMS is a team comprised of Allied Health Professionals that appreciate the work each of us does in making a difference for our clients.
We are a South East Queensland based company also covering northern NSW specialising in Workplace Mediation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Physical Assessments, Training, Management Coaching and Team Interventions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist people to return to meaningful engagement with their return to work;
Conducting a range of assessments including initial needs, Assessment of Daily Living, Household Services, MBIs.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring implementation of 3DMind Solutions programs including complex case management of same and new employer, job seeking programs, and Return to Work Facilitations;
Working with clients within a biopsychosocial model through a risk analysis system to support achievement in safe and durable Return to Work goal;
Maintaining quality and customer care whilst achieving or exceeding targets through a supportive environment;
Engaging with key stakeholders including insurers and employers; and developing strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of return to work objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced in rehabilitation, clinical or occupational health settings;
Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people;
Business initiative and the motivation to achieve financial targets (billable targets);
The successful applicant may need to undertake a pre-employment national criminal check if required.
AHPRA registered
Comcare accredited (desirable but not essential)
Driver’s License (& reliable car with insurance);
