You Are
UST is searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of managing complex initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
The Opportunity
Lead end-to-end project delivery and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to delivery governance.
Coordinate with business, product, engineering, and support teams to achieve project objectives.
Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with quality, security, and operational standards.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What You Need
Strong experience in IT project/program management and delivery leadership.
Proven experience delivering application development, integration, modernization, or transformation projects.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, banking, credit/risk, data, or analytics domains.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
Exposure to cloud, data platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation programs.
Primary Focus: Delivery Management, Program Governance, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Client Engagement.
