该职位来源于猎聘岗位职责： 1. 维护管理客户数据库系统，使其稳定、高效、安全的运行； 2. 对客户的数据库及系统进行诊断、优化及故障处理，帮助客户尽快恢复业务的正常运行； 3. 有计划有步骤的推进项目的实施，直到最终效果满足合同或项目计划设定的交付目标； 4. 根据客户满意度以及服务提供过程中暴露的问题，不断的改进、调整和完善工作； 5. 现场或远程采集操作系统和数据库相关的运行数据和日志文件，对采集的信息进行上传归档； 6. 针对客户的需求或技术问题编写技术方案和技术文档。岗位要求： 1.2027 届本科及以上，计算机 / 软件工程等相关专业; 2.熟练使用 Linux（Ubuntu / CentOS / openEuler 等主流发行版），掌握常用命令、文件系统、用户权限、进程管理与 Shell 脚本； 3.具备 AI Vibe Coding 能力，能使用 Cursor、Claude Code、Trae等 AI 编程工具，通过自然语言驱动需求分析、代码生成、调试与重构全流程； 4.AI Agent 办公：能熟练使用 WorkBuddy/Kimi / 智谱等主流AI 工具，完成知识检索、文档写作、日程管理、流程自动化等任务； 5.了解数据库体系结构（存储引擎、SQL 优化、事务与锁、备份恢复）,熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle 中至少一种； 6.接受全国范围外派与短期出差，能适应项目交付节奏；加分项 1、了解 openGauss / 达梦 / OceanBase / YashanDB 等国产数据库； 2、持有 OCP / PGCE / MySQL OCP / 达梦 DCA
DCP / OceanBase OBCA
OBCP 等数据库中级或高级证书。
